Church on the Move offers excellent workout facilities for its regular attendees. With separate facilities for men and women, COTM Fitness provides both a wide selection of exercise equipment and the support of qualified staff to help you achieve your fitness goals.

The Women's Fitness Facility is located in Phase II in the north hallway of the LCS Elementary Gym. Our facility is equipped with locker rooms that have changing areas, restrooms, and showers. We also have friendly staff available to help you reach your fitness goals.

COTM Fitness offers several women-only fitness opportunities, including the Walking Group, Body Toning, and Cardio Kickboxing. Sign-up information is available at the Guest Services Desk.

Once you have your COTM Fitness Membership Card, you can simply present it during regular hours of operation. If you need help getting started with your fitness goals, we can help design a workout that fits your needs.

Bring your membership card with you to work out. Proper workout attire is required. Please remove all personal items from locker rooms each day you attend. All guests must fill out a visitor application before using the facility.
