Gabriel and Sommer George
South Campus Senior Pastors
Gabriel and Sommer George are passionate about leading a church where the doors are open to all people—regardless of background—and about creating a community where people are welcomed, seen, and loved. Gabe and Sommer met in college, and both began working in full-time ministry at Church on the Move right out of school. Together, they’ve served in various capacities, including roles overseeing Creative and Family Ministries Teams. Most recently, Gabe and Sommer pioneered and pastored a church in Los Angeles until last summer when God called them home to help carry forward the vision of introducing people to the real Jesus in South Tulsa. They have two children, their daughter Jane and their son Charles.
South Campus Pastor
Jason graduated from Lincoln Christian School in 2005. He spent several years in the military doing explosive ordinance disposal, but his passion has always been ministry. He moved back to Tulsa where he worked in telecommunications and got plugged back into Church on the Move. In addition to being actively involved in Small Groups and the Baptism Team, he attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University to study business and ministry. Jason took the step into full-time ministry by taking on the role of the Central Campus Coordinator at the beginning of 2017 and now serves as the South Campus Pastor. Jason married his wife Bethany in 2010, and they have three children: Wyatt, Annabelle, and Brooklyn.
Kids on the Move exists to introduce your kids to the real Jesus at each phase of life. Our teams provide a safe, fun, and engaging experience where your child can be paired with a leader to guide them through service and into a closer relationship with Jesus.
Oneighty exists to introduce your students to the real Jesus. We meet every Wednesday for worship, practical teaching, and small groups, where each student has a person who cares and a safe place to belong. We also have JHi services for 6th-8th graders that correspond with all of our weekend services.
