• Lead, build, and care for teams that help introduce students to the real Jesus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Oneighty Discipleship ministries such as Small Groups, Serving, Outreach, and Missions.
• Recruit, develop, and care for volunteer leaders and team members.
• Implement the overall vision and strategy for Oneighty Small Group semesters.
• Develop and build systems to get students connected to Small Groups.
• Recruit, develop, train, and care for Small Group leaders.
• Connect with students in the local schools and the community.
• Contribute to planning yearly church-wide student ministry events such as retreats, conferences, etc.
• Assist the campus Youth Pastor with recruitment, development, management, and care for volunteer teams for midweek services.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of Jhi weekend services.
• Contribute to the pastoral care process for male students.
• Contribute to the Jhi content development process.
• Communicate in midweek and weekend Jhi services as needed.
• Perform other related administrative or pastoral duties as assigned.
