Central Campus Guest Experience Coordinator

We're looking for a team member who is passionate about creating and organizing welcoming environments that help introduce people to the real Jesus and encourage them to take their next step.


  • Lead and oversee all Central Host Teams
  • Recruit, develop, and coach volunteers for all Central Host Teams
  • Help connect Next Move participants to serve in the area that best matches their unique gifts and talents
  • Ensure all Host Teams are effectively scheduled and have all they need to be successful
  • Build relationships with volunteers by connecting with and supporting them on a consistent basis
  • Track Host Team volunteers and first-time guests
  • Assess or oversee Guest Experience inventory and budget


  • A passion for making all guests feel at home, especially those new to COTM
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build teams, cast vision, clarify expectations, and unify purpose
  • A love for efficient systems and an ability to build them
