IT Support Specialist

MUST DO

  • Provide above and beyond technical support of client-side systems adhering to organizational IT standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to COTM and LCS for hardware, software, phones, and printers.
  • Deploy and document technology assets to end users.
  • Assign and manage administrative access control privileges to end users.
  • Collaborate with the IT/IS Team to deliver best-of-breed technology solutions.
  • Communicate information quickly and accurately to all necessary parties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Expert knowledge of macOS and Windows 10
  • The ability to troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues
  • In-depth knowledge of IT ticketing systems and processes
  • The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU…

  • Have experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, VNC, or Remote Desktop
  • Deployed client systems in a large-scale environment
  • Industry-recognized IT certifications

 

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • On-call as required
