MUST DO
- Assist the Lead Filmmaker and Social Media Coordinator in delivering weekly videos
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Lead Filmmaker and Content Developer/Editor in all aspects of production and post-production, including editing, color grading, animation, and sound design
- Assist the Social Media Coordinator in creating daily videos for social media including but not limited to, clips from messages and podcasts, short sketches, animated pieces, and stories
- Follow creative direction while adhering to brand standards
- Contribute to creative brainstorms for various ministry-wide content
- Contribute to the development of consistent brand tone, image, and style online
- Be mentored by senior team members in film, design, and storytelling
- Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators, to create engaging social content
- Review, proofread, and edit completed work before posting

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with video-editing software, such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with videography, sound design, photography, and editing
- Passionate about social media and short-video formats
- Strong understanding of advertising and content best practices on all social platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Love for working with a team and being a lifelong learner
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
