Tulsa Campus Associate KOTM Director
MUST DO
- Build and lead a team that introduces kids to the real Jesus by ensuring that the Kids on the Move strategy of ministry is executed correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, develop, and care for KOTM volunteers.
- Help develop and implement the KOTM discipleship process for kids.
- Ensure that all KOTM environments are safe, accurately supplied, and being executed to the KOTM standard of ministry.
- Participate in the feedback loop regarding the health of volunteers, effectiveness of the curriculum, policies, procedures, and overall ministry experience.
- Streamline systems and processes that will aid volunteers in carrying out effective children’s ministry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for teaching and working with children of all ages.
- Experience in teaching children and pastoring people.
- Ability to partner with parents to disciple their children.
- Provide constructive feedback to classroom communicators, volunteers, parents, and children when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage all age phases and environments at the Kid’s Pastor’s discretion.
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week
- Required hours:
- Saturday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Special events or services
- Monday off
