Production Support Operations Specialist
MUST DO
- Serve alongside the churches to ensure production mechanical operations are executed to the COTM standard, including operational safety procedures, stage craft fabrication, and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the production fabrication shop
- Oversee the operation of mechanical equipment and infrastructure across all locations
- Assist with overseeing production integrations in making sure they meet COTM standards
- Serve as a production technician as needed to help support production teams
- Advise, train, and resource campus production teams on proper operation and safety of production tools and equipment
- Assist with other production duties across all locations as assigned by Production Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ability to build, lead, develop, and care for teams
- Extensive ability in custom wood and metal fabrication
- Experience with all physical aspects of production equipment and infrastructure
- Strong attention to live production detail
- A desire to continually improve existing systems and ability to create and implement new systems as needed
- Able to see the big picture and pivot quickly
- Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs., and stand for long periods of time
- Skilled with fork-lifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts
