Serve alongside the Production Director in the weekly planning and execution of production processes and operations and provide audio direction and support for all Church on the Move Campuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Production Director in advising, teaching, and resourcing Campus Production Leaders and teams on proper event execution, team building, and resource management
Recruit and develop production volunteers for Tulsa Campus
Lead the audio team for Tulsa Campus by scheduling, training staff, and volunteer teams as needed for proper execution and team building
Oversee all audio preparation and mastering of all segments as needed for rehearsals, pre-production, broadcast events, post-production, and archive
Assist and support the live execution of broadcast audio events
Confirm that all campus production elements are being maintained, deployed, and stored to existing COTM standards
Upkeep and improvement of audio systems
Post mastering of videos for social media & services
Supervise and/or carryout setup, install, upgrade, and implementation of production gear and systems as determined by Production Director and campus leadership
Assist with production duties across all campuses as assigned by the Production Director
Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and live production experience
A desire to continually improve existing systems and ability to create and implement new systems as needed
Ability to build a team and inspire others
Able to see the big picture and pivot quickly if necessary
Experience with all aspects of live and studio audio execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Well-rounded experience in lighting, video, and stage craft
Proficiency with technology, including macOS, Windows, Adobe software, Pro-Tools, SSL consoles (large format consoles), Tracks Live, Ableton and other DAW platforms
Skilled with forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts
Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs., and stand for prolonged periods of time
The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) and at a distance.
The ability to detect or tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and volume.
The ability to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds.
