Cook and serve meals to pastors, leaders, and guests of Rocker W with humility and honor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook all meals for guests of Rocker W, following the provided recipe book and ensuring an appealing plate and/or buffet presentation, helping to facilitate an experience for each guest.
Cook meals in a timely manner that aligns with the RW event schedule.
Develop seasonal recipes and menus as needed.
Source meats and other food items locally, near or below the current budget.
Shop for all groceries, including beverages and food for meals and snacks, and ensure freshness of food, discarding out-of-date items.
Keep detailed records of all purchases, processing receipts as directed by Accounting.
Be hospitable to and comfortable interacting with pastors and leaders.
Have a general knowledge of RW and the ability to direct guest questions to the appropriate RW staff member.
Responsible for clearing tables and cleaning the kitchen after each meal and keeping the stock room neat and orderly.
Help with other ranch tasks during down times as needed such as mowing, laying mulch, landscaping, etc.
