Back Resurrection

Why do we go make a difference? God wants to be with His people.

Let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst.

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

“dwelt” = skēnoō

To fix one’s tabernacle, have one’s tabernacle, abide in a tabernacle, tabernacle.

And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us…

But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate [Holy Spirit] will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

Once God’s dwelling place was built stone upon stone, but now it is built person upon person.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…

Go make a difference in your NEIGHBORHOOD

Go make a difference in your CAMPUS

Go make a difference in your HOME

These people say, “The time has not yet come yet rebuild the Lord’s house.”

“Why?” declares the Lord Almighty. “Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with your own house.”

Build what God wants built, and God will build what you need built.

If we are “out of our mind,” as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.

God has always used people to build His dwelling place, and now He wants to use you to build His Church.
