Broken Arrow Production Manager

MUST DO

  • Lead, develop, and care for the Broken Arrow Production volunteer team, overseeing daily operations and working closely with the Broken Arrow team to maintain efficiency.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, develop, and care for Broken Arrow production volunteers and staff.
  • Serve as the main contact for Broken Arrow church production needs.
  • Confirm that all production elements and spaces are being maintained, deployed, and stored to COTM standards.
  • Manage all Oneighty mid-week services, events, and special services at the Broken Arrow church.
  • Collaborate with the Broken Arrow Worship team to create meaningful worship experiences.
  • Work with Broken Arrow Ministries to equip staff and volunteers with training and maintain COTM standard environments.
  • Manage Broken Arrow church day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, setup/teardown, events, services, and keeping building operations running.
  • Assist the Production Support Team with location installs, upgrades, and implementation of new equipment and systems as determined by the Production Director.
  • Be willing to assist with any large-scale WGM production projects/events as needed.

REQUIREMENTS     

  • 5+ years of live production experience, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Build a team and inspire others
  • A desire to continually maintain existing systems and the ability to collaboratively implement new systems as needed
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining the ability to pivot quickly
  • Proficiency with software: Apple products, Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, Blackmagic Software, Ross Video Systems, GrandMA, large format audio systems
  • Advanced audio, video, and lighting knowledge
  • Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs, and stand for long periods
  • The ability to see details at a distance and close range (within a few feet of the observer)
  • The ability to detect or tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and volume
  • The ability to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds
  • Skilled with forklifts, aerial lifts, and large vehicles

 

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week, weekends required
