Life is Better in Community

We believe people grow best in community—not by pretending to have it all together, but by showing up honestly with questions, doubts, and real life in hand. Groups are where faith becomes personal, relationships deepen, and following Jesus moves from theory to everyday practice.

Across all three Church on the Move churches, groups create space to belong, grow, and be known.

What are Groups at
Church on the Move?

Groups are smaller gatherings within the church where people meet regularly to build relationships, study the Bible, pray together, and walk through life side by side. Whether you’re new to church or have been following Jesus for years, groups help turn a large church into a close-knit community.

At Church on the Move, we offer two types of groups to meet people in different seasons of life:

Small Groups

Small Groups typically meet in homes, offices, or coffee shops throughout the Tulsa area and surrounding communities. These groups focus on relationships, studying the life and teachings of Jesus, and applying Scripture to everyday life. Small Groups are a great place to:

• Grow spiritually in a personal, relational setting
• Build meaningful friendships
• Ask honest questions about faith
• Experience care, prayer, and encouragement

Midsize Groups

Midsize Groups gather 30–100+ people and meet weekly in a more class-style environment. These groups often focus on shared interests or specific areas of growth, such as marriage, Bible study, spiritual formation, or sports groups. Midsize Groups are a great fit if you’re looking for:

• A larger group experience
• In-depth Bible teaching
• Structured classes or studies
• Shared interests or life-stage connection
