MUST DO

  • Assist with the care of Rocker W. Ranch and the repair and maintenance of farm equipment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of farm equipment.
  • Performs tasks associated with farming and land management.
  • Regular inspection and repair of fencing around the property.
  • Assist with mowing and some animal husbandry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or manipulate heavy objects of 50+lbs.
  • Ability to drive a tractor and use hand and power tools applicable to trade, such as ATVs, chainsaws, log splitters, mowers, weed eaters, skid steer, and other small equipment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working alone and completing tasks with little
  • Ability to solve problems and manage several tasks
  • Uphold a stewardship mindset with the time and resources you

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week
  • Evenings and weekends as needed
