MUST DO 

  • Support the Operations Manager and Tulsa team in coordinating details and logistics for Tulsa Church ministries and events.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively anticipate Tulsa Church needs by reviewing upcoming events and ministry initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help coordinate logistics, communication, registrations, and event details, and provide administrative support for discipleship-focused ministries.
  • Help with the preparation of materials and support setup for services, meetings, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Tulsa team in daily tasks and priorities, including but not limited to calendar management, responding to emails, organizing meetings, budgeting, purchasing & coding, and other related duties.
  • Support communication needs across Tulsa Church, helping to ensure clarity and follow-through.
  • Manage and monitor operating budgets for designated events and ministry activities, ensuring good stewardship and accuracy.
  • Coordinate food or snack orders for team meetings and volunteer events, and assist with organizing and maintaining supplies for staff and volunteer environments.
  • Support administrative volunteers by helping with onboarding, communication, scheduling, and preparation of materials.
  • Organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of projects as directed by the Operations Manager and Executive Pastor, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Run ministry-related errands and help with additional tasks as needed, as directed by the Operations Manager.

WORK SCHEDULE  

  • 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday
  • Some nights and weekends required
