The War Within: It's the battle to overcome sin. But you're not fighting alone.

There’s a Battle Raging Inside You…

In broadest terms, it’s good versus evil. It’s the fight to overcome sin. Sometimes, it feels like you’re fighting an enemy, and other times, like you’re fighting yourself. The war is between the Spirit and your flesh, and Paul describes it for us in Galatians 5:17:

“ For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other so that you are not to do whatever you want.”
